Privacy Policy

Any contact information given to the Vintage Tablecloth Lovers Club will be used only for club business and not shared for any other purpose. Email addresses, the mailing address, residence city will be available to officers only. Member’s name and state only will show in the Members’ Only roster to enable user-to-user communications. You have the option to share or not share your information with other members. Members can contact each other privately via the personal message or email systems on the forum.

When members send pictures to the Vintage Tablecloth Lovers Club (VTLC) they give the VTLC permission to use those photos. The photos might be chosen to be used on other pages on the website, the newsletter, on VTLC’s Facebook page, Instagram, Pinterest or X (Twitter) account pages, or printed club documents, for example, business cards or postcards. Permission for use will be requested from the member if these pictures are to be used outside the VTLC sites. Pictures and information sent to the VTLC Facebook page, Instagram, Pinterest or X (Twitter) accounts will be used according to the privacy policies of each of those entities.

Any non-member seller photos shared on the forum will not be used elsewhere by the club unless we get the seller’s permission to do so.
